This project involved the comprehensive civil and MEP design and supervision of a new, high-capacity sales depot for Almarai in Henakiyah. Designed as a vital logistics node across a 13,560.44 m² site, the facility integrates industrial cold storage, technical maintenance, and staff residential infrastructure into a single high-performance complex.
Alyusr delivered full structural, architectural, and MEP systems — including HVAC, specialist fire protection, plumbing, and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems — all engineered in strict compliance with the Saudi Building Code. A zero-delay approach to government authority management handled the entire regulatory lifecycle end-to-end, from municipal permits and land deed approvals through to Civil Defence clearances and the Final Occupancy Certificate.
