A strategic, value-driven redesign was undertaken to elevate the hotel's investment performance, capacity, and operational efficiency through the addition of new floors and full basement transformation. The architectural and structural reconfiguration increased guest room count while maintaining strict compliance with hospitality standards and regulatory requirements.
The basement was converted into a high-efficiency smart parking facility, maximising capacity and streamlining vehicle circulation — integrating digital guidance, occupancy sensors, and intelligent wayfinding to reduce search time and enhance guest convenience.
