Situated in the historic heart of Jeddah's Al-Balad District, this project delivered a full-scale redesign and upgrade elevating the hotel's operational performance, spatial efficiency, and room capacity. The approach combined architectural innovation, structural optimisation, and advanced systems integration.
Guest rooms, circulation corridors, and service areas were reconfigured to enhance capacity and operational flow — while MEP systems were fully modernised to meet new layouts and operational demands, all coordinated across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
